We’re a small, fully remote team building a vendor-agnostic AI platform for organizations that refuse to surrender control. High ownership, real autonomy, direct customer impact, and equity that means something — for senior people who want to ship things that matter alongside others who do the same.

Why L2H?

Most enterprise AI is rented from a single vendor whose business model depends on lock-in. L2H exists because mission-critical operations — from national security to business-critical workflows — deserve better.

You’ll work across the full L2H stack: backend services, multi-agent orchestration, the Chat workspace, and the Enterprise Agent suite for ServiceNow and VS Code. Customer-hosted on AWS, Azure, GovCloud, or on-prem Kubernetes. Every major LLM in the box — frontier and open-source. The same deployment runs on a laptop and on a production cluster.

On the culture: small senior team, direct feedback, real ownership end-to-end. Authors design through deploy. Everyone hears from customers. The wins are bigger and faster than they are at slow companies — and we work to make sure the team feels them.

  • Customer-hosted by default — your data, your environment, your audit trail.
  • Vendor-agnostic on LLMs — every major frontier and open-source model, per-role routing, no lock-in.
  • Production-first design — if it can't ship to production with audit and security, it doesn't ship.
  • Documentation is a feature — self-describing workflows, MCP contracts, on-product docs.
  • Bias to ship — small reversible bets, working software in front of customers fast.
  • Engineers do not throw work over walls — author owns design through deploy.
  • Real ownership, real customer impact, real equity — for senior people who want all three.

Fully remote

Work from wherever you do your best work. No mandatory office days, no relocation pressure.

Unlimited PTO

Take what you need to recharge. With minimums to make sure you actually take time off.

Parental leave

16 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 8 weeks for secondary. Family matters here.

Learning stipend

$2,000 / year for conferences, courses, books, and certifications. Keep sharpening.

Home-office stipend

$1,500 setup + monthly internet/phone reimbursement. Build the workspace you want.

Clearance support

Sponsorship for clearance investigations and renewals where applicable.

Fully remote

Work from anywhere in the US. No mandatory office, no relocation. Federal roles require US-based work authorization and may require occasional travel to customer sites.
