L2H names and marks

“L2H,” “L2H.ai,” the L2H logo, and product names used by L2h.ai, Inc. (“Orchestrator,” “Chat,” “Enterprise Agent,” “Enterprise Agent for ServiceNow,” “Enterprise Agent for VS Code”) are used by L2H to identify its products and services. L2H does not currently claim federal trademark registration on every product name; trademark rights are asserted only where they have actually been established under applicable law. Where a name is also used by a third party in a different field, no claim of exclusive rights is made.

Third-party trademarks

The L2H website, marketing materials, comparison pages, product documentation, and downloadable artifacts reference a number of third-party companies, products, services, and frameworks for descriptive, comparative, and interoperability purposes. All such trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party mark on this site:

• does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, certification, authorization, or affiliation of L2H by the owner of that mark;
• does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or authorization of the third party by L2H;
• does not transfer, license, or otherwise modify any rights in that mark; and
• is made under the doctrine of nominative fair use (and applicable equivalents) for the purpose of identifying the third party’s goods or services accurately.

References to control frameworks, standards, certifications, and authorizations (including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST AI RMF, NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and DoD CC SRG impact levels) describe the L2H architecture and control mappings only. L2H does not claim certification, attestation, authorization, or accreditation under any of these frameworks unless explicitly stated, in writing, with the issuing body identified. In particular, “FedRAMP” is a service mark of the U.S. General Services Administration; L2H is not a FedRAMP-Authorized service offering and is not listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace.

Reseller and partner names

Names of resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and technology partners shown on the site are used to identify relationships that L2H believes to be in effect at the time of publication. Use of any partner name or logo on this site is not made on behalf of, and does not commit, the named partner. If you are the owner of a name or logo shown on this site and believe its use should be revised or removed, please contact support@l2h.ai.

Comparative content

Comparison pages, comparison tables, downloadable comparison documents, and competitor capability summaries on this site are based on publicly available product documentation as of the publication date noted on the comparison. Third-party product capabilities evolve; L2H does not warrant that comparison content is current, complete, or accurate at the time you read it. Readers should consult the third party’s current documentation for authoritative information on that product. To request a correction to comparison content, email support@l2h.ai.
