RFI/RFP responses required dozens of analyst-hours per submission. Sections were drafted in parallel docs, citations were tracked manually, and compliance checks were a final-week scramble.
Solution
Deployed Orchestrator with the RFI Generator blueprint. document_parse ingests the RFI PDF; planner/worker/finalizer orchestration drafts sections in parallel against the company KB; compliance and QA agents review; document_generate produces final PDF + DOCX. Designed for deployment in IL5-eligible environments.
