Accessibility Statement

Conformance target

L2H targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA on the l2h.ai public marketing site. WCAG defines requirements that improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities. “Target” here means our design, engineering, and content goal — it is not a representation that every page or interaction has been third-party audited or that the Site is fully conformant at every moment. Where we identify a gap, we work to remediate it.

Accessibility features

• Skip-to-main-content link on every page.
• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive elements.
• Keyboard navigation for menus, dropdowns, and dialogs.
• Color and contrast tuned to WCAG 2.2 AA targets on the dark theme.
• Visible focus indicators throughout.
• Honors the prefers-reduced-motion media query.
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked aria-hidden.
• Form-field labels and validation messages designed for assistive-tech compatibility.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas where conformance with the target is partial or in progress:

• Embedded third-party widgets (HubSpot forms and meeting scheduler, LinkedIn share controls, YouTube / Vimeo video embeds where used) are controlled by their respective vendors and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Some downloadable PDFs (capability statements, comparison documents, fliers) may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Plain-text or HTML alternatives are available on request.
• Architecture diagrams and product screenshots include descriptive alt text, but complex diagrams may benefit from an additional long-text description on request.

Feedback & barrier reporting

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of l2h.ai. If you encounter a barrier or want to request an alternative format, please email accessibility@l2h.ai with: (a) the URL, (b) what you were trying to do, (c) what went wrong, and (d) the assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a target remediation timeline within 10 business days.

Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with the most recent two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, and with assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and keyboard-only navigation. We do not test against every combination of browser and assistive technology and cannot guarantee a barrier-free experience in every configuration.

Accommodations in hiring

If you require accommodations during the L2H hiring process — for example, an alternative interview format, additional time, or assistive-technology compatibility — indicate this in your application or email careers@l2h.ai. Requests are handled confidentially.

This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above. We review the statement at least annually and after material changes to the Site. This statement reflects L2H’s accessibility goals for the public l2h.ai Site. It is not a warranty or representation of full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and does not create any contractual right to a specific accessibility outcome.
