Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026 Q1
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of Orchestrator, Chat, and the Enterprise Agent suite (ServiceNow, VS Code, and any custom implementations) — collectively, the “Services.” It is incorporated by reference into the Master Services Agreement.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Transmit malicious code, exploits, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Generate, distribute, or host CSAM or content that exploits minors.
- Generate content that incites violence, terrorism, or hate.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Conduct fraudulent activity (e.g., financial fraud, identity theft).
- Bypass or circumvent security or access controls.
- Use the Services to develop competing products by reverse engineering.
Resource limits
Your subscription tier defines applicable resource limits (workflows, runs, API calls, storage, users). Excessive load that degrades service for other customers may be throttled.
LLM provider compliance
When using the Services with an LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google AI, xAI, OpenAI-compatible), you must comply with the provider’s usage policies, in addition to this AUP.
Reporting violations
To report a violation, email support@l2h.ai. Include details and any supporting evidence. We investigate and may suspend accounts that violate this AUP.
Vulnerability disclosure
To responsibly disclose a security vulnerability, email support@l2h.ai. See our Trust Center for our vulnerability disclosure policy.
