Cost-savings methodology

What “comparable enterprise AI platform” means here.

When we say “comparable enterprise AI platforms,” we mean closed-SaaS enterprise AI offerings that bundle some combination of (a) an LLM-powered chat experience for knowledge workers, (b) a workflow / agent runtime, and (c) embedded AI assistants for systems such as ITSM. Examples include single-vendor stacks from large incumbent SaaS providers (the specific platform in any given comparison depends on which one a given customer has displaced or evaluated against).

Cost comparisons are based on customer-reported program-level spend, including (where applicable) per-user license fees, per-module add-ons, professional services tied to the platform, and the LLM-tier mark-up the comparable platform charges over customer-direct LLM pricing. L2H pricing for the same scope includes the L2H subscription, the customer’s direct cloud and LLM-provider spend, and L2H professional-services engagement where contracted. Results vary materially by workload, replaced platform, term, deployment region, customer-elected LLM provider, and pilot scope.
