Which browsers does it support?

Chromium-based browsers, including Chrome and Edge. It installs as a standard managed extension, so it fits the distribution and policy tooling your organization already uses.

Does our page content go to a third party?

No. The extension communicates only with your own Agentic Command Center deployment, which runs in your cloud account or data center. There is no external AI service in the path and no telemetry endpoint.

How is this different from the ServiceNow Embedded Agent?

The ServiceNow implementation is purpose-built for that platform and carries deeper native context and a platform-specific evaluation suite. The browser agent is the universal option: it reaches anything in a browser tab, which is where the systems without an integration story live.

Can it run in restricted or disconnected environments?

It is built for them. Because the package carries its own assets and points only at your deployment, it suits high-assurance and air-gapped patterns where outbound internet access is not available.
